What We Do
The Travel Concierge Group is a boutique travel agency for people who want a trip built around them, without the hours it takes to plan one.
We design and book bespoke travel anywhere in the world, from Tuscany and Greece to Southeast Asia and beyond. That means more than reservations. We get to know how you like to travel, then shape every part of the trip around it: where you stay, how you get around, what fills your days and what you leave room for.
Every itinerary starts from scratch, and you work with the same small team from the first conversation to the day you fly home.
Some destinations reward deeper knowledge. For Japan, Japanese snow and Southern Africa, we have dedicated specialists, each with its own home, and the same personal service behind them

The Africa Concierge specialises in crafting personalised safari and city holidays across Southern Africa.
Every trip is designed around our clients, combining iconic game reserves and vibrant cities with hidden spots well off the usual tourist trail.
We plan incentive trips, team retreats and corporate group travel, with particular depth in Japan, where most of our corporate work has been delivered through The Japan Concierge.
We handle logistics end to end and, for larger groups, can manage the trip on the ground.
